Day planning is needed for persons with dementia and also for caregivers

It is really hard to handle the unknown for everybody. It makes us nervous and fear of the unknown increases the anxiety. Now, imagine that you can't remember where you are and also when you are. It is bad enough and to reduce the anxiety level it is really important to have routines.
